With 20+ years of international experience in Executive Management and Development of High Technology and Service domains in advanced digital communications companies, Having leading role in:

• Merging and integrating different mobile and broadband operators
• Management and transformation of large telecommunication networks
• Transformation and renewal of BSS and OSS systems including the relevant IT landscape
• Cloud technologies and related subjects like ET-brains and AI
• Development of operator wholesale business strategies
• Development of IOT platforms and business models for both large and stand-alone units
• P&L management experience in cash constrained situations as well as major investment steering responsibilities in large groups

His previous responsibilities and projects include:

• CEO of Tango and Tele2 Luxembourg/Liechtenstein
• CEO of Orange Luxembourg, CTO and CIO of Orange Belgium
• Board member of “IT & Network decision body” of Orange Group
• Board member of multiple entities of Tele2 AB

Today, as the founder and MDA of MaLo Capitals & Consulting, Pascal is participating in a number of projects in technology and service sectors e.g. construction of 4, 4.5 & 5G networks. Presently, he is fulfilling his responsibility in Esplendor Group, and acts as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer in Hyperoptic LTD (UK -London) aiming to build an advanced Fibre optical network to cover 7 Mio Homes in the next 5 years in UK incl. building an FWA 5G network to enhance xPON.

In MALO Capitals and Consulting, Pascal is in charge of strategy, operator relations, product development, digital transformation, and leading innovating projects like “this call for tender”.
